Ok, last week was based on the core plan, this week I am basing it on the flexpoints plan...we shall see which one yields a healthier more successful weightloss. Because of my monthly and totally feeling like utter crap over the weekend (blah excuses blah blah) I strayed big time...no gain, just at 175 still. Could be alot better, but could be worse I suppose. So here we go again ;)
