I'm BAAACCCKKK

This time I actually JOINED Weight Watchers and go to meetings every Saturday. I need the accountability and support I get from actually weighing in face to face with someone. My initial weigh in was 177.4 and at 1 week it was 174.0.

Anywho, my food log so far for today:

Breakfast
1/2 whole wheat bagel-2pts
small spoon of low fat strawberry cream cheese-1pt
yogurt-2pts
diet coke-0pts
total bfast points: 5 points

Lunch
1 flatbread piece-4pts
deli turkey-2pts
lc cheese-1pt
totall lunch points: 7 points

Snack
Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich-2pts
Total Snack: 2 pts

TOTAL BEFORE EVENING MEAL: 14 POINTS;
POINTS LEFT BEFORE EVENING MEAL: 8

Dinner:
homemade breaded cx tenderloins-3
Broccoli (1 cup plain)-0
New potatoes with margarine and parsley-2
Crystal Light pink lemonade-0
Total Dinner: 5

Exercise: 30 minutes high energy-1 activity point
Totaly left: 4

Will probably have a snack of fruit later on this evening
