Michelle's Food Log for Jan 31
Wow, my weekness is obviously the weekend. That and we must stop eating Thai food and Thai custard for dessert. That stuff is incredible. We went grocery shopping yesterday and I attempted to make good food choices. For instance, when Jeremy picked up a pint of Ben and Jerry's Karmel Sutra ice cream, I picked up a tub of low fat frozen yogurt. I have also discovered Angel food cake mixes. Fat free and Yummy with some fat free cool whip and cut fruit on top. The points system worked well for me last week. At the end of the week I wasn't scavenging for something sweet and carb to eat. I ordered Master Cook, which is cooking software that is supposed to be awesome. We will see about that :) Weighin will be on Friday.
Breakfast:
English muffin with SF apricot preserves and FF parkay spray
Coffee coffee coffee
Lunch:
Fat free turkey breast on whole wheat bread
fat free chips
Dinner:
Vegetable soup with Veal - turned out really good
Wheat crusty bread
Snack:
Chocolate rice cake
