back again
I am back again! There is ridiculous amounts of stress right now and with the holidays I am going to keep it real. Enjoy eating what I want to eat but try to control myself somewhat and exercise; after the holidays I will get back on track, but for now, I will just log my daily stuff!
Today:
Breakfast: homemade biscuit balls-4
ham-2 slices
eggs-1
cheese: 2TBSP
Lunch: ham and cheese sandwich
Snacks: Banana chocolate smoothie, 4 oatmeal cookies
Dinner: Curry noodles with beef
Thai custard
coffee with half and half...
Not great, but you know, it tasted damn good ;)
